At Ali Couture Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy as outlined below.

Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

• Items must be returned in the original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered

• Items returned without original packaging

• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at payment@alicouture.org within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. If you need an exchange, please contact us with supporting details and photos if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at payment@alicouture.org.
